For this role, you will be expected to be located in Casablanca, Morocco.


A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


· Promotes and sells Diabetes Medtronic's products and services within all Maghreb countries in Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria) to meet or exceed sales targets.


· Works independently with general supervision to manage sales processes and / or accounts involving multiple team members.


· Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.


· Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Diabetes Medtronic's products and/or services.


· Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.


· Conducts market research including customers and competitors' activities.


· Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.


· Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.


· Identifies and networks with reliable channels, resulting in deeper market penetration and wider market reach.


· Achieves sales goals by optimizing and maintaining a steady and qualified channel network.


· Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of channel partners


Must Haves


Autonomy : Sales professional managing large accounts involving multiple team members. Works independently with limited supervision .


· Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Medical/ Paramedical or Biomedical engineer


· Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical devices field.


· Experience in managing Indirect (distributors) sales team.


· Valid work permit to work from Morocco


· Fluent in spoken/Written English, French and Arabic Speaker


· Travel: 50% of the time within Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia but not limited to
