This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  


The Role of Pool Attendant


We currently have an opportunity for a Pool Attendant to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 


Reporting into the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for providing guests with water, spritzing, towels, and assistance with personal accommodations for guests around the pool deck.


Setting up and taking down chairs and towels in the pool deck area. They will assist the pool servers with food running and bussing. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are crucial. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays and is able to work in outside conditions year-round. 


Our Ideal Pool Attendant candidate will have:


The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills


Time management skills, customer service skills and an excellent communicator interpersonal and team player skills


Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
