* Level of studies : Engineer or master's degree in Industrial field of study

* Experience : Min 2 years experience  in manfacturing engineering field 

* Language : Fluent speaker of English.

* Soft skills : Detail-Oriented, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Analytical and technical Skills , Good communication skills , analysis tools (5M, 5Why & Problem solving..)

General purpose of the job  :             

• Designs, implements and supports efficient,ergonomic and defect proof manufacturing processes based on given project conditions;                

• Ensures the availability and use of proper time values and rules for production planning and product calculation;             

• Ensures efficient work distrubution according to designed process;                  

• Implementation of Standard working times  and operation standards;                  

• Ensures correct application of global Yazaki & NYS standards;                 

• Provides lean manufacturing methods & principles;                 

• Support/Involve Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) activities in all process environments, manufacturing and administration;                 

• Provide guidance and support in creating the Value Stream from Supplier through to Customer, and developing the Future state.             

• Involve/support DFM, PFMEA, MPPS activities.                

• Perform close communication with the manufacturing plant for correct implementation of defined process.                 

• Be part of workgroups for project launch or improvement activites
