About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Private Bar Attendant:
We currently have an opportunity for a Private Bar Attendant to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Room Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring guests in-room private bars and fridges are fully stocked and well maintained.
Responsibilities will include: Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office.
Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas. Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars, report damage, or malfunctioning units. Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
Our Ideal Private Bar Attendant candidate will have:
Candidates must have a minimum one-year food service or related work in an upscale restaurant environment. Working within a high-volume operation.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
