We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team in the Casablanca plant.
Main responsibilities :
Safety & environment management systems
Participation in the safety program: carry out the monthly audit and participate in the safety & environment committee and in the investigations relating to safety & environment
Insure compliance in the area & meet the defined KPIs
Quality Management System (QMS) & Food Safety Management System (SMSA)
Ensure that the process of achieving the QMS and SMSA, implemented, maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company standards.
Organize and participate in the meetings of its committee; in investigations relating to safety, food safety to ensure continuous improvement
Perform audits as planned
Carry out inspections in the area
General tasks
Provide leadership.
Ensure the coordination of the resolution of problems related to the PROCESS
Identify non-optimal operations related to the sector and work in collaboration with operators to improve the performance of installations.
Ensure that maintenance interventions have the minimum impact on production
Study, propose improvement projects to the departments concerned and manage their achievements.
Ensures the establishment of instructions and procedures for efficient operation of the various installations in the area and ensures their updating
Closely monitor energy consumption and yields and work towards improving them
Participating in CAPEX Projects in the plant
Contribute to the performance excellence program
General Qualifications :
Engineering degree.
2- 3 years of work experience,
Good command of English
Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
Willing to work in a team,
Problem-solving and analysis skills
Result-oriented
