We are looking for an Indirect Buyer Intern for a period of 6 months, starting December 2023.
Integrated into the Purchasing department, you will report to the Procurement Manager.
Your daily life will be punctuated by the following missions:
- Redefine and implement the group's purchasing strategy for the families for which you will be responsible: marketing/laboratory/logistics/facilities/HR services, printing.
- Contribute on a daily basis to the creation of value, security and optimization of company expenses
- Write and manage the launch of Request for quotation, information and proposals, analyze tender returns
- Negotiate pricing and contractual conditions
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct due diligence
- Ensure commercial and technological monitoring to detect and bring innovations from the market.
The profile:
- You are currently training as part of a master's degree with a specialization in Supply Chain and/or purchasing. You are looking for an internship opportunity for a period of 6 months.
- You have sensitivity and an appetite for topics related to purchasing in an industrial environment.
- Ideally, you have completed an internship or work-study program in a Supply Chain department, which has reinforced your choice of orientation.
- Your curiosity, your interpersonal skills, your proactivity are essential to the success of this position.
- French, Fluency in written professional English would also be appreciated.
