This economic challenge to food security is primarily caused by the highly fragmented and inefficient retail market across the continent, where roughly 90% consists of small independent retailers.

We are seeking a Tech Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in managing our relationship with our SaaS tech provider. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, implementation, and optimization of technology to fit our processes. Your role will involve providing tech support to internal teams, leading the implementation of new features, and driving various IT projects, all while adopting a user-centric mindset. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all tech-related issues and concerns with the tech provider.
Provide hands-on tech support to internal teams and liaise with the SaaS team to resolve issues swiftly.
Collaborate on bug fixing, testing, new feature enrollment, and technology customization.
Lead the hands-on implementation of new features, including testing, training, and documentation.
Support ERP implementation and master data management.
Drive various IT projects, including implementing new tech solutions.
Regularly update senior management on tech-related issues, projects, and initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tech requirements are met and resolved promptly.
Continually assess tech provider performance and suggest improvements as necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation of all tech-related projects, issues, and resolutions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tech-related role; tech vendor management experience preferred.
Solid understanding of SaaS solutions and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Fluency in English and Arabic or French.
