What you will do:
Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology; Process songs and albums (releases) in a Content Moderation System; Checking releases for their artwork, audio quality, plagiarism, explicit lyrics, track length, and genre classification; Making sure that the track complies with the guidelines; Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English skills (at least B2 for both spoken and written); Love for music; Understanding of KPIs/SLAs; Analytical & Research Skills; Strong attention to detail; Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Will be a great plus:
Experience with CRM systems; Experience conducting the QA.
