Description du poste The Program Manager has a leading role in the development and implementation of products, building a long-term reliable relationship within the internal team and our customer. He is responsible for managing the timing, finances and implementation of the project into mass production.
Job description
- Creating project plans in collaboration with relevant departments and overseeing financial, technical goals and planning.
- Supervision of the implementation of financial and technical plans and their management.
- Communication, coordination and monitoring of project progress with all interested parties; customers (external) and departments across the corporation
- Preparation and presentation at the customer.
- Leading project teams (across the corporation), including regular reporting of project status to management.
- Management of programs/projects according to the Lear LPMP standard (APQP Analogy)

We require:
- Secondary school/university in technical or economic direction
- Knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, MS Project, SAP reading technical documents)
- Knowledge of English is a MUST, German is an advantage
- Experience in project/program management in automotive at least 3 years
- Driving license B
