- Assisting in planning, coordinating, and managing IT projects from inception to completion under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assisting in the identification and tracking of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Helping manage communication among stakeholders, including facilitating meetings and preparing progress reports.
- Collaborating with team members across different IT domains (e.g., developers, analysts, infrastructure) to achieve project objectives.
- Assisting in the testing and implementation stages of project cycles.
- Supporting the Project Manager in conducting post-project evaluations and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Fluent Written and spoken English.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
Technical and Behavioral skills:
* Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Knowledge of IT systems, software development processes, and Agile methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
* Strong ethical and professional behavior, respecting confidentiality and data privacy.
