We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Project & Performance Manager to join our team at YoLa Fresh, a leading vegetables distributor in Morocco. As a Performance Lead, you will be responsible for driving performance and managing the vegetables category, ensuring optimal sales growth and profitability. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, developing category strategies, capacity forecasting, demand planning, and training our sales team to effectively promote our vegetable products.
Performance & Data Analysis:
Regularly monitor and evaluate company-wide KPIs to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
Deliver data-driven insights and strategies to the management team, enabling informed business decisions.
Strategic Consulting & Recommendations:
Assess the existing operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend best practices for optimized performance.
Keep abreast of industry benchmarks and global best practices to align the company's strategies accordingly.
Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Lead transverse task forces and projects aimed at enhancing processes and optimizing performance across various functions.
Collaborate closely with diverse teams within the company, ensuring alignment of goals and seamless execution.
Demand Forecasting & Operational Planning:
Utilize historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics to facilitate strategic planning.
Regularly assess the company's operational demands, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.
Change Management:
