We are recruiting a Call Centre Qualitician fluent in english to monitor the quality of calls.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of the services delivered and to the monitoring of the quality assurance plan in a call centre. Your main tasks will be :
Monitoring service quality:
Keeping a watch on the service provided to customers;
Suggest corrective action.
Keeping stanards up to date in collaboration with the other Project Managers:
Monitoring service developments;
Defining and communicating changes to contact centre staff.
All these activities are subject to regular reporting to the activity manager.

Profil Recherché

Fluent English;
You have at least 12 months' experience in a telephone call centre working for a service provider or advertiser in a quality supervisor, trainer or quality monitoring role;
Good writing skills;
Rigorous analytical skills;
Good interpersonal skills;
Teamwork;
Knowledge of office automation tools.
