What You Will Achieve


You will be a member of Pfizer's dedicated and highly effective quality assurance team. You will have the all - important role of conducting audits for manufacturing plants and distribution centers, prior to corporate level audits. You will be relied on to make sure that they comply with the policies, procedures and practices laid down by domestic and international and applicable ISO standards. Your attention to detail will help in reporting inefficient procedures, policy exceptions and discrepancies. You will suggest the needed corrective actions and help the with manufacturing management to establish the necessary practices and procedures.


As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It


  • Mission:

-Physico-chemical analysis of Purified & rinse water.


-Sampling and analysis of raw materials and packaging items.


-Adhere to GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and Pfizer values.


  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analysis of raw & packaging materials including chemical & physical testing.
  • Ensure coordination with all stakeholders specially supply & warehouse for material sampling.
  • Implement all Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) & Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Participate in the calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Participate in document management at the QC laboratory level.
  • Apply and follow all data integrity principles and approaches.
  • Participate in the processing of investigations related to deviations and laboratory investigation reports (LIR)
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects.
  • Implement testing method, site and global procedures.
  • Comply with Pfizer, regulatory, and other requirements (EHS policy, instructions, etc.)
  • Comply with requirements for the management of EHS aspects.

Qualifications


Must-Have


  • Bachelor ' s Degree in pharmaceutical science or chemistry science. ​


  • Minimum 1 year experience in quality control field.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • H igh degree of computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office Applications.


  • Good Technical writing, creating electronic documentation and using electronic document management systems.
