We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team within Morocco 2.
Your Role
As a Quality Engineer you will be in charge of these various accountabilities:
- Ensure the management and the processing of customer complaints in collaboration with other departments.
- Analyze the customer's product quality requirements.
- Inform the engineers of the Engineering Department of any anomalies and decide on corrective actions in collaboration with them.
- Participate in feasibility studies in collaboration with the Engineering and Production departments.
- Develop audit and control plans and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure the control and the update of documentation.
Your Background
- BAC+5 / Engineering degree in a technical education (or equivalent)
- Advanced English is Mandatory
- Knowledge of quality standards
- Problem solving with: 5 Steps, 8Ds, fishbone
- Availability, proactivity and sense of responsibility.
