Your Profile:
- Level of studies : Engineering's degree in industrial fields or equivalent
- Experience:
- Min 7 years of Experience in Industry (automotive experience is preferable)
- 3 to 5 years on Management position
- Main competencies:
- Customers norms and specifications knowledges,
- Quality tools, FMEA, statistic leading of processes,
- Proficiency of IATF requirements /ISO 9001
- 5 CORE Tools,
- Strategic and creative thinking,
- Communication, decision and leading skills
- Main Responsibilities:
Task Detailed description of main activities
Team management a- Listening & coaching of the team.
b- Ensure the management of Quality team, conflicts.
Ensure the deployment of the quality objectives defined by the General Management, YEL & the customer a- Setting & analysis of quality objectives (received from DG, customer & YEL) and training
b- Pilote of the quality management review based on the Quality standard requirement,
d- Follow up and communicate of objectives by service
e- Follow up of an action plan to achieve these objectives
f- KPI's monitoring for these objectives (Use continuous improvement tools and techniques, e.g BOS).
g- Periodic monitoring of these indicators & plan follow up for improvement in case of deviation.
* Ensure Customer focus is promoted throughout the organization
* Responsibilities and authorities roles a- Ensuring proper audits / customer visits
b- Listening to the customer
c- Ensuring the implementation of special characteristics during QMS audits
d- Ensure CSR implementation
e- Ensuring the effectiveness of the actions communicated to the customrs
f- Ensuring customer satisfaction (Customer scorecard and portals)
g- Ensure the QMS processes delivering their intended results
h- Report on the operation of the QMS and identifying and opportunity
i- Ensure that whatever changes to QMS are planned and implemented
k- Ensure that responsibilities and authorities relating to QMS are communicated and understood.
Guarantee the quality of the product delivered to the customer (Advanced Product Quality Planning) a- Providing appropriate training to related associates performing work affecting conformity to the product requirements
b- Use of sources of information to detect trends or potential problems;
c- Ensure the integrity of validation equipments is maintained during the process changes;
d- Ensure that the measures are in good condition
e- Ensure compliance with calibration schedule & MSA
f- Ensure the relevance & effectiveness of production processes
g- Ensure a healthy environment & favorable working conditions
h- Stop production and delivery if necessary to secure the customer
New projects development & Continuous improvement a- Ensure compliance with project milestones
b- Monitor new projects through of lesson learned and monitoring indicators.
c- Ensure the launch & follow-up of the QCC activity
d- Pilot workshops for topics of general improvement if necessary.
