AnyTech365 is recruiting for its office Casablanca a dedicated Recruitment Intern with a keen interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
As a Recruitment Intern at AnyTech365, you will have the chance to contribute to a dynamic team, gaining valuable hands-on experience and fostering your career growth in a lively and stimulating work environment.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Assisting the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through online channels (job platforms, social networks, etc).
Posting, updating and managing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Supporting the interviewing process by scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Preparing HR-related reports as needed.
Responding to candidates' inquiries about job openings and the application process.
Participating in Recruitment processes (e.g. onboarding, organizing internal events).

REQUIREMENTS
Currently studying Human Resources or a related field (Bac+5).
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Analytical thinking.
Detail-oriented.
Expert computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc).
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
