Job Summary:
As a Booking Agent at JET OPPORTUNITY, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their
private jet reservations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the booking process
are handled efficiently and that our clients receive top-notch service. This position entails weekend
work and involves 8-hour shifts that can occur at any time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via phone, email, social network to understand
their travel needs and preferences.
Booking Coordination: Book private jet flights, coordinating with various aviation partners to
secure the desired aircraft.
Flight Planning: Assist clients in flight planning, including choosing departure and arrival
locations, travel dates, and in-flight services.
Pricing and Quoting: Provide clients with accurate pricing and quotes for their private jet
reservations.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documents, including contracts,
itineraries, and passenger information.
Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns,
and requests promptly and professionally.
Problem Solving: Handle any issues or changes to reservations with efficiency and
diplomacy.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aviation partners,
and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role within the aviation or luxury travel industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Having prior experience with HUBSPOT CRM is advantageous
Proficiency in English (additional languages may be a plus). This skill will undergo an
assesment.
