About this role
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for his/er assigned roles. This involves sourcing (including direct / active sourcing) profiles, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The Recruitment Coordinator collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR teams and other stakeholders to attract top talent and ensure positive candidate experience.
