Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient  "Regional Expertise Owner Demand Planning and Supply Control Africa, Middle East and Turkey"  to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:


  • Lead regional expertise team for Demand Planning and Supply Control with the scope of Africa, Middle East and Turkey;
  • Assume responsibility for the operational execution of demand management and supply control process;
  • Orchestrate demand planning process in the region as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and execution of actions by misalignment;
  • Contribute to supply validation of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process;
  • Provide information to the management (BV, Region, Business Units, LOG) related to regional demand situation and performance;
  • Monitor and improve demand planning related key performance indicators (Forecast Accuracy and Bias, Order Fulfillment Quota 1, finished goods inventory);
  • contribute and execute projects to optimize inventory and availability in the regions.

Qualifications
  • You have relevant university degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on Supply Chain Management;
  • You are positive and empathetic leader with a strong agile mindset, who inspires the team and has a compelling vision for Supply Chain Planning of the future;
  • You have minimum of 05 years of business experience in planning-related logistics functions with a focus on demand planning and supply control;
  • You bring deep knowledge of planning systems (AddONE PIM, PDP and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response);
  • You have a strong mindset to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence;
  • You have strong motivation and track record in supply chain planning related key performance indicator improvements;
  • You have initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm;
  • You speak fluently English and have experience and willingness to be part of a global team.
