The Residences Manager forms part of the Residences Management team and manages the daily activities of the Residencesdesk and Residences services.
In addition, this role provides managerial and accounting support for the Residential Department, including coordinating the move in and interior decorating/finishing procedures for unit owners, conducting orientation for new unit owners, handling of condominium day to day issues to ensure a smooth operation in the Residences and the Hotel Residences, keeping and filing of records, maintenance of logs related to expenses, receipts and services inherent to a condominium operation, posting of residential charges, printing reports and departmental records/ logs. Respond to their queries and solve any issues arising out of operations and Hotel Rental Agreement.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
minimum of two to three years of experience within the residential operation.
A college degreeis preferred, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience.
