Description du poste - Participate in cross-functional projects within the Compensation and Performance team
- Participate in the implementation and updating of procedures for the various Reward & Performance topics
- Participate in the analysis of the evolution of personnel costs: Actual vs Budget
- Participate in the preparation of the compensation cycle
- Monitor the consistency of the data during the cycle and prepare the cycle's materials
- Participate in the conduct of compensation surveys with the selected provider,
- Participate in the setting up of the annual salary structures
- Collaborate in the implementation of compensation and performance policies: reporting, consolidation and monitoring the consistency of data in the different tools.
- Support the specific reporting and analysis of compensation data for the various GBUs/functions
- Support the preparation of the annual employee shareholding plans and the monitoring of employee transactions (purchases, sales, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of consolidation tools for the various benefits granted to MCO MTL & Hub employees
- Participate in the follow-up of relationships with insurance companies and brokers
- Update local HR procedures: review, update, cross-functional leadership with various stakeholders (internal control, process owners, etc.)
- Ensure the management of trainee files
- Prepare appointment notes
- Provide support to HRBPs
- Participate in HR projects
