ProductLife Group is seeking a talented and motivated Regulatory Data Entry Officer (RIMS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a thorough understanding of current regulations, and proven experience in managing regulatory data. Responsibilities:
– Accurately perform regulatory data entry in accordance with standards and current regulations.
– Ensure all entered information is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
– Collaborate closely with Data Entry Coordinator and teams to ensure effective coordination of data.
– Update and maintain regulatory information management systems.
– Respond to reporting and compliance requirements within specified deadlines.
Qualifications:
– Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
– Previous experience in regulatory data entry (can be a junior: 1 or 2 years)
– Knowledge of sector regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.).
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
– Excellent proficiency in computer tools and data management software (Knowledge of a Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) is a must)
