This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Room Service Manager:



We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Room Service Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into our Food and Beverage Director, we are looking for a Room Service Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Room Service Manager must supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel's guest rooms & suites.

Our Ideal Room Service Manager candidate will have:



Three to five years previous management or supervisory experience in Room Service or an F&B Outlet, Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
