We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ROUTE TO MARKET (RTM) ASSOCIATE located on site (Casablanca).


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


You will be defining optimal RTM model for each market and ensure correct implementation to support volume and portfolio ambition. The successful candidate will ensure execution and follow up on RTM guidelines fulfillment and demonstrate solid improvement trend over time. To make it happen, you will be conducting surveys, developing, and creating reports, routings, RTM toolkits, RTM dashboards, etc.


You will be involved in creation of RTM strategies for various market models across Northern & Western Africa Cluster Markets. This would include collecting and compiling RTM data using relevant tools and reports. It will be expected that you will be undertaking field visits to build solid basis for benchmarking and market performance analysis. The successful candidate will be involved in in-market immersion to evaluate RTM performance & distributor infrastructure, identify gaps, opportunities and strategic directions and formulate robust recommendations with relevant scenarios, models and implications for markets.


You will be closely involved in sales optimization projects helping JTI establish successful force structure in terms of roles and responsibilities, size, coverage principles and routing, incentive schemes and relevant KPIs setting.


EDUCATION


University degree in Marketing/ Sales (Bachelor's degree), Master degree is a plus


WORK EXPERIENCE


At least 3 year experience in FMCG working for Sales or Route to Market department


SKILLS


  • Excellent English & French, Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel is required, Power BI and Routing tool are a plus.
  • Good competence in Communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Financial and commercial analysis.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong Commercial or/and RTM understanding for traditional trade.
