Job Description:


As a Sales Development Representative at Pipeline Gurus, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying potential clients, and setting up initial meetings for our Business Development Managers. Your role is critical in driving our sales pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential startup clients in the SaaS and AI sectors, particularly those targeting B2B enterprises and government agencies.
  2. Outreach: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with potential clients.
  3. Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and suitability for our services. Assess their level of interest and readiness to engage with our Business Development Managers.
  4. Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings and appointments for our Business Development Managers with qualified leads. Ensure accurate and timely communication with both clients and internal team members.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in our CRM system. Continuously update and refine lead information.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Business Development Managers and other team members to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide support as needed.
  7. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and market insights to help refine our sales and marketing strategies.
