Sales Excellence Coordinator will be the key liaison for the execution of the following SFE areas:


  • Sample Management process


  • HCP Database Privacy & Management​


  • Sales Quota Allocation Planning process​  


  • New CRM Tool management


  • Sales Data Management platform coordination


  • Performance managements – KPIs



Primary customers include Field Sales and Sales Operations as well as partnering effectively with marketing and IT groups in managing, maintaining, and facilitating field reporting and analytics for commercial organization.


Key responsibilities for this role include:


  • Design, Develop, Apply & Govern and all sales driven incentive compensation plans including but not limited to: Sales quota setting, payout curve design, customer targeting KPIs, customer-Facing Colleague Communications, ​sales achievement calculation.


  • Providing analytical support to the Commercial Team and utilizing existing tools as CRM, Target and Segmentation, Sales Tracking, etc.


  • Assist in developments and/or modification of reporting needs (report elements, data sources, format, frequency, distribution, etc…) and ensure accuracy.


  • Work closely with commercial organization to set & monitor field force KPIs.


  • Leads design, development and timely delivery of accurate field reports for field force and ad-hoc analytics supporting commercial organization.


  • Manages commercial information management initiatives on secondary data sourcing, business rule governance, reporting optimization, and advanced analytics representing their clients' needs.


  • Collaboration with Compliance department to ensure that all compliance guidelines & requirements are included in SMS processes.


  • Provide analysis and recommendations on Resource Deployment/POA/Field Structure to sales leaders.


  • Keep records according to compliance and regulatory guidelines.


  • Guarantee the ownership of sample process end to end​.


  • Harmonize Sampling Process Policy​ across the country, Implement tracking Sample into CRM system & related dashboards.


  • Maintain data stewardship by regularly revisit data management processes for improvement, performing effective and timely data verification and validation, database governance and maintenance, communicating requirements and updates to users regularly.


  • Support and managing territory quota setting based on sales structures in SDM.


  • Serve as POC for the technical know-how for the system/platforms by providing system training, creating and/or updating workflows and processes training manuals, conduct UAT, evaluate and propose for system enhancements


The minimum qualifications for this role are:


  • Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is preferred.


  • Experience in Sales Excellence, Pharmaceutical, Strong business acumen, T eam collaboration spirit, but also strong ability to work as a single driver and contributor are required.


  • Fluent English written & spoken is required.


  • Business-oriented perspective on sales and customer-related issues, with experience of working with or in sales, marketing, or other customer-related functions.


  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs / requirements into effective solutions.


  • Working knowledge of SFA / CRM & Sales tracking tools.


  • Highly detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.


  • Must be able to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment.


  • Proven troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical skills is a must.


  • Proven team player - work well with team members to accomplish common goals.


  • Proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office software and EXPERT understanding of Excel and Access.


  • Willingness & ability to travel.
