This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marrakesh. As a Call Center Verification Agent - Charity, you will be responsible for handling outbound verification calls to customers for charity related inquiries. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer is fully aware of the service they are signing up and paying for. You will also need to update customer information and maintain accurate records of customer interaction.

Fluency in English language
Strong verbal communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
