Canvass people by phone using various tools available to sell the company's products and
services.
Answer incoming calls from potential customers when it happens.
Use scripts to provide information on product and service features, pricing, etc., and present
their benefits.
Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs, constraints and requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products or services meet their
needs.
Record customer data in our computer system.
Handle customer inquiries and doubts to maintain the company's good reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Maintain a history of calls and sales and record information relevant to their follow-up.

Profil Recherché

Excellent written and spoken English.
Previous telephone experience of at least 1 year is required, half of which must be within the canadian market and/or US market and/or BtoB and/or telesales.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably by phone.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Negotiation skills.
Persistent and results oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Able to make appointments by phone and follow his agenda in order to prospect on the organized sales tunnel.
