– Assist clients in designing, architecting, and implementing Salesforce CRM Applications, utilizing your expertise in SFDC architecture and platform.
– Run effective business user design and user experience sessions, leveraging your consulting skills and business knowledge.
– Lead business and functional discussions with clients and internal teams, applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
– Address clients' business pain points by offering solutions that leverage the salesforce.com platform and its offerings.
– Design workflow rules to enforce business processes and contribute to system and user acceptance testing, user adoption, change management, and training methods.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following expertise:
– Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement with technology teams and business SMEs.
– 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Integration (REST API, SOAP API, Platform Events) and familiarity with various Authentication mechanisms.
– Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Component development, specifically with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
– Extensive hands-on experience implementing Salesforce components (Objects, Custom Apps, Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, etc.).
– Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications.
