Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment, screening and selection of candidates for all levels across the organization. Partners with wider teams to deliver results. Anticipates and identifies customer needs and takes proactive actions to meet those needs.
Develops effective and strong relationships with stakeholders. Is proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions to those issues. Often points out areas of concerns before those are identified by the customer.
Maintains clear communication and displays a sense of urgency with clients by providing continuous feedback while implementing initiatives. Generates new ideas, goes beyond the status quo, recognizes the need for new or modified approach, brings perspectives and approaches together, combining them in creative ways.
Constantly seeks ways to improvise processes and systems. Takes the lead to network within and outside the organization to bring the best talent. Develop strong knowledge base of industry drivers, trends, key players and direct competition.
Drive talent pipeline by leveraging external and internal network. Actively participate in weekly reviews and align with business objectives.
Essential Requirements:
Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
Professional approach to work.
Willingness to work on stretch goals to meet individual and team goals.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Sense of urgency.
Ability to collaborate with wider team and get things done in a matrix environment.
Desirable Requirements:
Prior experience with an Agency or an in-house TA role is an advantage.
Prior experience in IT industry will be an advantage.
7 plus years of TA experience is a must.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
French will be an advantage.
