Description du poste Key responsibilities :
- Manage functional workshops with the customers to understand their needs and constraints.
- Define the design of the functional architecture and configuration of the Salesforce modules and solutions of its ecosystem with the team.
- Participate and review the functional specifications or features/user stories.
- Participate and review the design of training and support materials for users to promote the adoption of new solutions.
- Participate and support clients in the definition of test strategies, the writing of test books, and the follow-up.
- Support the functional team.
- Maintain and upgrade your level of competence to know the new features of Salesforce
- Regularly take new Salesforce certifications
- Share your knowledge with the other members of the team.
Requirements :
- 4-5 years of experience in the implementation and integration of systems around Salesforce
- Desirable knowledge of other solutions in the Salesforce eco-system (Appexchange) as Zuora or Mulesoft
- Dynamic and autonomous in search for solutions and innovations
- Good writing and active listening skills
- Fluent English and business English are essential (minimum intermediate level).
