A s Lear Senior cybersecurity and FuSa process engineer in Rabat (Morocco), your mission will be to manage and define the Cybersecurity and FuSa process team strategy but also coordinate the alignment with the rest of Lear Global Processes, assuring ISO21434, ISO 26262:2018 and ASPICE for CS requirements coverage, as well as other automotive applicable standards like IATF at the state-of-the-art level.
Job description and duties:
The job comes with the following responsibilities and expectations:
* Manage and schedule Lear Cybersecurity and FuSa Processes resources and tasks
* Support Cybersecurity and safety KPIs definition
* Define and coordinate synergies between Cs and FuSa Process as well as CS (Cybersecurity) and FuSa Audit system to assure ISO21434 and ISO 26262:2018 coverage and Lear Processes
* Manage technical process expertise to the related global processes with dependencies on Cybersecurity and safety.
* Manage the development of the strategy and action plans for improving Process Cybersecurity and FuSa Management
* Manage the development of a proactive Process Cybersecurity and safety Culture
* Actively engage with engineering department and manufacturing plants to ensure lessons learnt implementation and read across.
* Participate in the investigations for significant Process Cybersecurity and safety issues and support other teams with knowledge on investigation techniques (8D, 5 Why's)
* Database control and automatization work product generation
* Support on the investigation of new tools to be applied for the project development activities inside organization
* Support on the qualification of the tools and assure that these tools are compliant to ISO 26262:2018 requirements.
