About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Senior Floor Supervisor:
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Floor Supervisor, to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Director of Housekeeping, the Senior Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. The Senior Floor Supervisor also manages the Room Attendants & valets on the floor and conducts inspections daily, to ensure that the Housekeeping Department operates according to the policies and procedures set forth by Four Seasons Hotels.
Our Ideal Senior Floor Supervisor candidate will have:
Proven managerial skills, train, organize, develop, animate, develop, and evaluate the staff for which he/she is responsible. Ability to anticipate, take initiatives, identify risks, and manage potential conflicts. Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent presentation. An experience as a Floor Supervisor at Four Seasons or equivalent hospitality brand
A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our internal and external guests. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and be a team player.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
