In your role, you will:
- Design, implement and maintain security systems within Security IT network;
- Analyze technology environments and anticipate potential threats and design resilient systems to prevent them;
- Support implementation of security requirements in IT security projects, for solutions such as IAM, IGI, PAM, SSO.
- Engineer organization's global password policy architecture;
- Engineer organization's global identity architecture, including IGI, PAM and SSO.
- Plan security project strategies, activities and deliverables;
- Document security playbooks and develop associated templates;
- Integrate them into the solution or application framework;
- Gather functional, technical and business requirements to help select cyber security technologies;
- Implement cyber security controls, policies, metrics and action plans;
- Conduct information technology and security due diligence and participate in various technical workshops;
- Communicate and support security recommendations to meet business objectives;
- Assess cyber security risk-gap architecture maturity by leveraging industry recognized frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO27001;
- Provide support and recommendations over solution architecture activities and ensure adherence to regulatory and Information Security requirements;
- Act as the main point of contact for solution architecture matters;
Profil Skills required:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 year of experience in the field
- Expert in Security architecture
- Expert in Create and support documentation over security controls, security exceptions and others
- Expert in Application architecture
- Expert in Alignment of business and security requirements
- Ability to work underpressure, when is required
- Leadership skills and coordination of complex discussions with all stakeholders;
- Great communication skills (French & English)
- Ability to interact, and report to senior leadership
- Dynamic, proactive, adaptable to change
- Autonomy, works independently
- Ability to work in a complex multi provider environment
- Experience in IT Service Management, access provision, Identity architecture, ServiceNow
- Expert level in Technologies: Sailpoint IIQ, CyberArk, Sitemindr, OKTA, PING, and similar technologies.
- Experience in Identity and access management (IAM) technical requirements and solution lifecycle
- Must have a certification in CISSP and/or another security certification
