About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Spa Supervisor:
We currently have an opportunity for a Spa Supervisor to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Spa Director, the Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa and the spa therapists/receptionist' team. The Spa Supervisor must at all times display professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader to the spa team. Act as an ambassador of the Spa. Comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.
Responsibilities will include to provide a personalized experience with seamless service of treatments that deliver tangible health and wellbeing benefits and have been recommended according to an appropriate consultation with the guest, handle guest's complaints, concerns and comments and find an appropriate and suitable resolution to ensure guest satisfaction, the ability to interact with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage in a friendly and unobtrusive manner with all guests, act as ambassador for the Spa at all times, ability to work with the team to ensure that the highest level of service is performed in conjunction with a smooth spa operation, proactively work with Spa Therapist and Reception team on upselling products and services to generate incremental revenue and guest satisfaction, implement an innovative approach to the business, constantly seeking, suggesting and implementing new product and service enhancements.
Our Ideal Spa Supervisor candidate will have:
The ideal candidate must be flexible to accept assignments on as need basis. Previous experience in a spa environment is required. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as an eye for detail.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
