Responsibilities:
- To serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM softwares.

Profil Recherché

Profil Recherché- Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and Spanish. Additional languages would be advantageous.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
