You will be responsible for:
- client support by the phone, email and online chat;
- consulting clients about on-line payments, e-commerce and financial services;
- checking e-commerce project applications and enabling services;
- outgoing calls to clients.
We expect:
- at least 2 years' of client support experience;
- very good computer skills and fast typing;
- strong knowledge of English, French, Arabic.
It's great if you also have:
- experience in finance;
