Task Detailed description of main activities % of total working time spent on this task (optional)
Improvement Provide necessary technical support to all improvement project held in the plant 20%
Jishuken Participate in the European activities of the NYS.
Ensure the management of continuous improvement projects.
Monitor the progress of action plans for continuous improvement projects.
Promote the capitalization of know-how and the sharing of best practices. 10%
5S Follow and respect 5s rules. 5%
Technical Prepare a master plan of all industrial engineering activities & ensure its effectiveness
Ensure all communications with BU & Central functions
Prepare & participate to the Obeya workshops
Ensure the front loading activity
Coordinate industrial engineering activity
Provide the needed technical support to all support functions
Ensure that all process best practices are well known by the team & applied in new developped concept 65%
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. * Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S.
* Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)
