Your Profile:

• Level of studies: MAster's degree in logistics fields or equivalent
• Experience : 1 year in similar area

Main Tasks:

Task Detailed description of main activities
Operation   between Plant Hub follow up Supervision of the weekly schedule operation
customs clearance follow up Ensure the coordination between our customs central + Freight team + our brockers
Invoice validation Checking the status with Finance - ensure the followup with the team 
tracking costs and litigation  cost follow up and improvement - manage litigation and damage
Respect of QVC  + OSA QVC must be updated in weekly bases and should be green - Score OSA should be superior to 98%
monthly report  Monthly report & cost analysis 
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.  * Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations  (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS  (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the  5S.

*  Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)
