To strengthen our teamwork & to develop our internal employees' skills, we are looking for a Sr. Specialist, Quality Assurance Methods.
Ensuring good product quality & smooth operation:
- Collecting, analyzing data, facilitating quality meetings and developing corrective and preventive actions
- Ensuring the correct application of technical changes,
- Ensuring compliance with traceability & CN processing
- Ensuring the effectiveness of processes & working method
- Monitoring the application and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
- Contributing and delivering quality improvement initiatives
Quality Animation:
- Establishing daily meetings
- Ensuring the transversality of actions and information
Audit:
- Monitoring of actions taken during internal and external audits
- Implementing of LPA audits according to schedule
- Follow-up of the tasks of quality managers and LQC
- Audit 5'S
- Participating in the preparation of quality management system audits
- Participating in the process audits process, 5's, Motorcycle, EHS & COSEE
- Elaboration of action plans / improvements following the audit reports
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the actions implemented
Definition of internal objectives & related action plans:
- Defining internal objectives
- Monitoring of logging indicators
- Ensuring the updating and follow-up of the global action plan and for each project
- Ensuring that cutting results are maintained and improved
- Validating the control plan
- Customer feedback tracking (internal and external)
Team management:
- Supervising the team
- Organizing and optimizing the workflow of the team
- Conflict management
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Quality Management or industrial field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in automotive industry, preferably wire harness production activity.
