Your Profile:

• Level of studies: Master's degree in Logistics fields or equivalent
• Language: Fluent in English

Main Responsabilities:

Task Detailed description of main activities
Order handling Initiate, verify, confirm, follow-up, handle incoming and outgoing orders , customer and/or supplier support , backlog follow up, deal with emergencies
Data management Data input, updating master data
Inventory management stock control, optimization, stock and avoid obsolescence
Transport arrange urgent shipments on the most cost efficient way, follow up shipments, recharging costs to responsible  customers or suppliers
Administration answers e-mails/calls/meetings from customers and/or suppliers, checks on parts, prices, stock, deliveries, forecast demands, book goods in transit, reporting
