This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  


The Role of Storeroom Clerk:


We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, Storeroom Clerk to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 


Reporting into our Director of Finance you are an essential member of the Purchasing team and will be responsible for checking all incoming goods against delivery orders, food specifications and purchase records to ensure items received and ordered are correct.  Responsibilities will include maintaining safe and organized storage of all item, completing requisitions, updating inventory cards and rotating perishables in storerooms, completing inventories, handling all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments, and ensuring loading dock and receiving areas are kept secure, clean and organized.


Our Ideal Storeroom Clerk candidate will have:


One year of storeroom experience within a hotel/resort environment and knowledge of purchasing procedures including purchase orders and inventory procedures.  You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organized with the ability to multitask.


Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
