Your profile:
- Level of studies: Master's degree in Quality field or similar
- Experience: Min 4 years in similar area
- Language: Fluent in english
Main Tasks:
Task Detailed description of main activities
EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) Have a responsibility to co-operate with management
and staff with nominated or elected EHS functions
Have a responsibility to comply with relevant YAZAKI and legal
EHS management system policies, procedures and programs, as appropriate
Must not bypass or misuse systems or equipment provided for EHS purposes
Must report any unsafe conditions which come to their
attention and address where possible
KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Regulation) Having knowledge about GDPR (Turkish Policy) processes and to ensure their implementation within the department
Supplier Logistic Claim Management a) - Participate in problem solving activities and investigations with purpose to understand if it´s supplier logistic related problem.
b) - Responsible to Issue supplier complaints using GQRS-C system.
c) - Responsible to evaluate and decide acceptance or not about clear 3D and 8D reports from suppliers.
d) - Responsible to manage and close in the proper manner all logistic issued complaints when all process is in accepted status.
e) - Participate and lead in supplier communication end to end process of logistic claim management including supplier escalation (SPDM Process leadership)
f) - Participate and follow up on supplier debit process to cover the Yazaki costs.
g) - Responsible to perform logistic service escalation activities in close coordination with YEL SD,Purchasing,Logistic teams.
h) - Perform internal Yazaki meetings for team awareness on the logistic claim management open issues to report status
General General task follow up on given actions with action/tracking lists, status reports and overviews on the collect needed data
