We are looking for active, energetic, and attentive to detail SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE for position located in Morocco office.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be ensuring timely shipments and delivery of the Customers orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the availability of JTI's products to respond to the N&WA sales demands. As Supply Chain & Logistics Associate you will be working closely with the Customer Service (GBS), Sourcing Factories, Global Planning, Country Managers and Finance.
You will be preparing, reviewing & aligning 18 months Sales forecast and further follow up with sourcing factories to ensure the market demands are correctly reflected in their production plans.
Liaise with Country Managers and Customers to ensure that the orders are placed on time and as per the Shipment/Delivery plan.
You will be preparing various forms (e.g., MD12, shipments, etc.) and materials (e.g., Tax stamps) and following up with Customer Service (GBS) to ensure timely Customers' orders shipments.
The successful candidate will be taking case of existing documentation and procedures (Standard Operating Procedures).
You will be following up on customers complaints (e.g., product quality issues) with the related sourcing factory to ensure feedback is received and shared on timely manner.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in supply chain & Logistics, Business Administration, or related working experience in a similar role in FMCG sector.
WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 years in a similar role (Supply Chain and/or Logistics). Multinational experience, especially in FMCG companies, is a plus.
