locationsCasablanca time typeVollzeit posted onHeute ausgeschrieben job requisition idR2728475 Mission : Ensure end-to-end Supply Chain visibility and be, within the Supply Chain, the privileged interlocutor of the BU as well as the various stakeholders for the product portfolio for which he/she is responsible. To achieve this, he/she must master the short, medium and long-term dynamics of his/her product portfolio, from sales forecasts to product launch, including regulatory, quality, logistics, financial and industrial aspects. He/she must also actively participate in the life cycle management of his/her product portfolio, from launch to eventual discontinuation, in line with the strategic orientations of the BU and the Global Supply Chain.
Duties & Responsibilities :
For the BU for which he/she is responsible, the S&OP BP will mainly have to manage/operate on the following processes in addition to any other tasks assigned to him/her by his/her hierarchy to ensure the smooth running of the S&OP process

Portfolio Management:



Actively participate in launch and pruning/disposal projects, and ensure excellence in the execution of Supply Chain tasks, in coordination with other stakeholders.
Maintain and share with stakeholders, on a regular basis or upon request, an up-to-date database of the BU's product portfolio, with a description of changes to the portfolio (launches, regulatory changes, GMID changes, transfer of production to a new site, etc.).
Ensure regular follow-up with the Regulatory Department and Supply Chain Quality to ensure regulatory/quality compliance of marketed products and update appropriate systems.

Demand Management:



Ensure the monthly execution of the sales forecast process in accordance with the Group SOP, from the input/verification of the sales history to the validation of the final forecast in the appropriate system with the stakeholders, in collaboration with the Hub if the statistical forecast is managed by the Hub.
Ensure monthly monitoring of forecast KPIs and define improvement plans with stakeholders, while monitoring their execution.
Propose and participate in any initiative to make the sales forecasting process more efficient.
Prepare an analysis of validated demand versus the different budget years and discuss with Product Managers any deviations in order to identify the causes as well as action plans where appropriate. Share the analysis with stakeholders and especially with the BU Head for validation.

Supply Review:



Ensure the continuity of replenishment according to the defined stock policy (min/max) for each SKU, ensuring regular follow-up with the factories to avoid any shortages or overstocking and guarantee the best possible service rate.
Confirm supply feasibility for tenders
Confirm vignetting priorities for all channels to logistics provider
Identify any event requiring a deviation from stock policy, have it validated by line management and ensure its execution.
Identify situations or risks of overstocking and propose an action plan to return to stock policy levels, and share the analysis with stakeholders.
Conduct a monthly obsolescence and destruction analysis and prepare the necessary elements to discuss risks and action plans at the obsolescence committee. Monitor the execution of action plans.

Integrated Reconciliation:



In collaboration with Finance, oversee the Intergrated Reconciliation process (baseline, explanation of deviations vs. budget years, definition of Riks & Opportunities, identification of major points to be raised during MBR).
Participate in the construction of the MBR presentation and ensure the follow-up of resulting actions.
