The Foundever Group is recruiting customer service advisors for its site based at Arribat Center, to handle inbound calls on behalf of a leader in the design and marketing of advanced devices dedicated to monitoring the blood glucose levels of diabetic patients.

Your main objective will be to deliver excellent service in all situations (questions, complaints, requests for advice and support; level 1 technical support). As customer service is the backbone of the company, you will play a crucial and vital role in promoting the brand and its image through effective support and satisfaction of users and patients.

Among your attributes:

Handle a wide variety of customer cases by phone
Listen attentively to customer requests, demonstrating understanding
Choose the best approach (call procedure) to handle the customer case
Remain professional and calm in all situations
Document customer cases accurately and thoroughly in the appropriate tool
Demonstrate an attitude that reflects the best possible image of the company.

Profil Recherché

Requirements:

Graduated from a high school diploma (Bac) or higher education level
Prior experience in customer service is desirable
Proficiency in French language (both oral and written)
Good computer skills
Serious and dynamic attitude
Strong listening and customer service skills
Possess emotional intelligence, kindness, and empathy.
