As part of its development, Outsourcia is recruiting bilingual French/English speaking Helpdesk Technicians for one of its clients
Reporting to the helpdesk team leader, your main tasks will include
* Receiving and managing user requests
* Monitoring and handling technical incidents
* Complete incident diagnosis for an intervention
* Incidents input
* Handling recurring incidents
* Quality of the IT support service
* Perfect fluency in French and English (processing in both languages at the same time)
* Good technical skills
* Good knowledge of IT hardware, server and network environments
* Capacity to communicate effectively with a large variety of people, in a professional manner, on the phone and in writing
* Teamwork
* Immediately available
