Key Responsibilities
Works in close cooperation with: Customer Service Team, Sales Team & Supply Chain Team.
Responsible for IT related activities:
-Perform Installations of Digital Solutions (cobas infinity, uPath, eVal,TIQCon, etc..)
-Organize and run Customer trainings on Digital Solutions
-Perform upgrades of active Digital Solutions base
-Perform Customer support
-Provide expertise on customer presentations & consulting
-Responsible for Technical Service related activities:
-Perform Roche Instruments installations
-Perform Roche Instruments Preventive & Curative maintenances
Other responsibilities:
-Report of all activities on Roche CRM
-Actively participate to reach Customer Service Objectives
-Able to work perfectely in the Customer Service Organization 24/7
-Handle the Company assets with care and according to the Company policy.
-Ensure the safe custody and good maintenance of assigned Company property (car, computer, phone, product samples and literatures etc).
-Ensure that all activities he/she is responsible for are carried out correctly, completely and timely.
-Handle other job related responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by his/her superiors
Skills and Experience:
-General: fluent French, English and Arabic. IT Experience, Technical Service Experience
-Personal Qualities: flexible, communicative, team player, entreprenarial mindset
