Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “ Fixed-Term Technical Training & Support_Anapec_ f/m ” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:


Contribute in achieving agreed budget targets (sales, costs, profit) for BT/Maghreb and West-Africa region:


  • Conduct technical trainings in the BU Video Surveillance - Maghreb & West African countries (internal and for customers);
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical post sale support including on-site support and reporting in the country (cluster);
  • Handle complaints and initiate escalation process in the countries;
  • Technically support end users / consultants / specifiers / contractors / construction companies with pre-sales to back up Pre-Sales activities.

Support:


  • In alignment with sales team, pro-actively contribute to the development of the dealer/distributor network, with the result that our partners/distributors and relevant sub-dealers/installers are well trained, properly covering all product-lines and all relevant geographical areas;
  • Provide feedback on product and other requirements to marketing team of the region;
  • Support activities in the view of CIP: Continuous Improvement Processes. Enabling the organization to grow in professionalism, structure, processes and customer satisfaction;
  • Support the promotion of Bosch Security Systems on request through local seminars and trainings, local trade-shows, local advertising, public relation, releases for media, etc;
  • Maintain, report and follow up monthly the task list;
  • Provide technical (and design support to back up the sales team) support to dealers/distributors, including;
  • Building relationships with dealers/distributors;
  • Providing 1st line and 2nd line support;
  • Discussing training needs with dealers/distributors.

Qualifications
  • Technical background. Able to learn and understand the products technically and support customers in technical questions, application design and trainings.
  • Knowledge of the following product lines: CCTV;
  • Understanding of training concepts, problem analysis and transferring know-how in clear and easy to understand language;
  • High level technical orientation;
  • Ability to communicate at multi-level with professional organizations;
  • Good skills in MS-Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.), AUTOCAD, VISIO;
  • Willingness to travel frequently, mainly within North-Africa.
