Main missions:


  • Define the needed investment for a new project, phase, or transfer in collaboration with Car Line Leader.
  • Ensure the needed equipment for assembly cutting and Lead Prep.
  • Install & validate the equipment needed according to Lear standards and respecting the project milestones.
  • Follow the Capex spending according to the forecast.
  • Participate in the implementation of the Central Project.
  • Support the projects related to Industry 4.0.
  • Communication with suppliers and Lear Central Engineering regarding existing and future equipment.
  • Ensure a good follow-up and reporting for Equipment (inventory, idle, …).
  • Participate effectively in Continuous improvement activities.
  • Participate to improve plant KPIs: FTP, Efficiency, ….
  • Comply with the safety and environmental rules established in the plant.
  • Actively participate in compliance and monitoring of the IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Key skills and qualifications:


  • Technical degree.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good team Management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Minimum 10 years experience working in equipment or maintenance department in the wiring industry.
  • Intermediate level of English language.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
